Welcome to the Northwest Indiana Dental Society

The Northwest Indiana Dental Society (NIDS) is a non-profit professional organization for member dentists in Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties. NIDS is a local component of the tripartite association of the Indiana Dental Association and the American Dental Association. NIDS provides monthly continuing education meetings throughout the year, access to community service, leadership opportunities, a voice for legislative advocacy in organized dentistry, and a fostering of professional and personal relationships.

NIDS 5k Run/2k Walk for Oral Cancer Awareness

The Northwest Indiana Dental Society hosted the 5th 5k Run/2k Walk for Oral Cancer Awareness on September 23, 2023 at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point, Indiana.  
The weather was great and we had 129 participants and over 20 volunteers helping with the event.  Thank you to all the great sponsors that made this possible:
