at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point, Indiana on
Saturday, September 26, 2026

The Northwest Indiana Dental Society invites your office to support our 9th Annual NIDS 5K Run/2K Walk. This community event brings together dental professionals, patients, families, and local supporters to raise awareness of oral and oropharyngeal cancer and the importance of early detection.

Close to 58,500 Americans will be diagnosed with oral or oropharyngeal cancer this year. Together, our profession can make a difference. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, participants, and volunteers, the Northwest Indiana Dental Society has donated nearly $60,000 to the Oral Cancer Foundation. Your continued partnership helps us increase awareness, promote early detection, and strengthen our outreach throughout Northwest Indiana.
